Tickets
- Which ticket do I need to buy?
Companies should buy the Company ticket, as that allows us to cover upcoming costs. It also enables us to provide travel grants and catering.
Students, active community members and contributors can pick the Community ticket, which will be free. - Where do I find my ticket?
Once the order has been filled, you will receive an email, containing the invoice and a link to your order. This page will also contain a link to the ticket, after your payment has been registered. - My payment status is still pending
Please pay your order. You will not receive your ticket otherwise.
If you have payed already, please contact us. We then can search for your payment. - Can I pay after the conference?
No. This not possible. - I no longer need my ticket
Please cancel your order, so others can attend instead.
You can cancel your order for free, up to 14 days before the conference starts, on your booking page.
Event
- Which days should I attend at?
If you only have limited time or budget, you should attend the conference days.
But if you are interested in getting things done, for example getting involved in the OpenTripPlanner or Transitous community and working on some projects, also consider the hack days. Notice that these will be less organized.
For more details see What to expect at the conference? and What to expect at the hackdays?. - Do I need a ticket?
Yes. We need to organize and therefore need to know the number of participants in advance.
Location
- Can I bring my dog / pet?
No.
Miscellaneous
- Will there be recordings?
While we would like to offer recordings in the future, we currently don't have the equipment for these. We instead will provide notes, that will be taken during each session. - I need a Visa
We can unfortunately not provide any support paperwork such as invitation letters etc. for attendees needing a visa to enter Switzerland.
