• Stammdaten Sponsoren: Name, E-Mailadresse, Unternehmen
• Cookies: Beim Kauf eines Tickets setzen wir Cookies ein, um die Funktionalität der Bestellung zu gewährleisten und um sicherzustellen, welcher Warenkorb Ihnen gehört.
• Server-Log Files: Wir speichern keine IP-Adressen, Browserdaten, Referer oder andere Metadaten.
• Zahlungsinformationen Paypal: Soweit entsprechende Bezahlmethode gewählt wird. Die Bezahlungsmethode Paypal wird von der PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5. • Stammdaten Teilnehmer:innen: Vertragsabwicklung, Zahlungsabwicklung, zusätzlich Feststellung der Teilnahmeberechtigung, Konferenznamensschlild (Vor- und Nachname)
• Stammdaten Sponsoren: Vertragsabwicklung, Zahlungsabwicklung, künftige Kontaktaufnahme nach Einwilligung
• Cookies: Gewährleistung eines ordnungsgemäßen Bestellvorgangs
• Zahlungsinformationen Paypal: Abwicklung des Bezahlvorgangs, Vertragsabwicklung
• Zahlungsinformation Überweisung: Vertragsabwicklung.

Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung

• Stammdaten Teilnehmer:innen und Sponsoren: Verarbeitung zur Erfüllung eines Vertrags, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO
• Cookies: Verarbeitung zur Erfüllung eines Vertrags, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO i.V.m. § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TTDSG, berechtigte Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Das berechtigt Interesse besteht in der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung eines Bestellvorgangs.

• Zahlungsinformationen Überweisung: Die Daten werden im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Verjährungsregelungen gespeichert.

Pflicht zur Bereitstellung

• Stammdaten Konferenzteilnehmer:innen und Sponsoren: Die Angabe der Daten ist notwendig für den Vertragsschluss. Werden die Daten durch den Betroffenen nicht angegeben, erfolgt kein Vertragsschluss, eine Teilnahme an der Konferenz ist dann nicht möglich.
• Cookies: Das akzeptieren ist zur Abwicklung des Bestellvorgangs notwendig. Eine Konferenzteilnahme (Vertragsschluss) ist ohne die Akzeptanz der Cookies nicht möglich.
• Zahlungsinformationen Paypal: Die Angabe der Daten ist im Rahmen des Vertragsschlusses optional.

Ihre Rechte

Auskunft, Sperrung, Löschung

Sie haben im Rahmen der geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen jederzeit das Recht auf unentgeltliche Auskunft über Ihre gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten, deren Herkunft und Empfänger und den Zweck der Datenverarbeitung und ggf. ein Recht auf Berichtigung, Sperrung, Löschung und Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung dieser Daten. • Bank Transfer Payment Information: Contract execution.

Obligation to Provide Data

• Participant and Sponsor Master Data: Providing this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. If the data is not provided by the person concerned, the contract cannot be concluded, and participation in the conference will not be possible.
• Cookies: Accepting cookies is necessary to process the order. Participation in the conference (conclusion of contract) is not possible without the acceptance of cookies.
• PayPal Payment Information: Providing this data is optional within the framework of concluding the contract.

Access, Blocking, Deletion
